Billing & plans

View your Zappush plan and status, manage your free trial, update your payment method, and cancel or resubscribe for a store.

Billing is per store. Open Settings → Organization → Billing to see your plan, your status, and the actions available to you. This page explains each status and what you can do.

Your plan and status

The Billing card shows your plan name, price, and billing cycle (Monthly or Quarterly). A badge next to the plan shows your current status:

  • Active: your subscription is running. You also see your Next Billing Date and the Current Period dates.
  • Free trial: you are in a trial. The card shows how many days are left and the date of your first charge.
  • On Hold: a payment did not go through. Click Pay now to pay and keep your subscription running.
  • Cancelled or Expired: your subscription is no longer renewing. Pick a plan to start a new one.
  • Failed: a payment did not go through.
  • Pending: the subscription is still being set up.

The billing cycle is managed by support. To change it, contact us.

Free trial

While you are on a free trial, the card shows the number of days left and a note: First charge on the date the trial ends. You are charged when the trial ends, and the badge then shows Active. To cancel during a trial, contact support.

Update your payment method

While your subscription is Active, click Update Payment Method. Zappush opens the secure Razorpay portal where you can update your card or payment details.

If a payment fails, the card shows a Last payment failed alert with the date and a Pay now button. Paying charges your plan straight away and keeps your subscription current.

If your account is paused

If a payment stays unpaid after your trial, your account can be paused. While it is paused, you see a Your account is paused screen instead of the dashboard, and events are not sent to your ad platforms. Tracking keeps recording on your store, so you do not lose data.

Click Pay and resume on that screen. Everything turns back on within about a minute of payment. If you have questions, click Contact support.

If your account is billed directly by the Zappush team, the screen shows Contact support instead of a payment button. Get in touch and we will resume your account.

Cancel your subscription

While Active, click Cancel Subscription. Cancelling takes two steps so you do not do it by accident:

  1. Click Cancel Subscription.
  2. Click Confirm Cancel, or click Keep Subscription to back out.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, not immediately. The card then shows the scheduled cancellation date. To reverse a scheduled cancellation, contact support. If you do not see Cancel Subscription, contact support to cancel.

Resubscribe

If your subscription is Cancelled or Expired, the card shows Your subscription has ended and a plan picker. Pick a plan and click Resubscribe to start a new subscription.

When a screen is not included

If you open a screen your plan does not cover, Zappush shows what the feature does and how to switch it on rather than an error. There are two versions:

  • "Your workspace is not on a plan yet": no plan is set up for this store. Pick a plan, or contact us if your account is billed directly.
  • "[Feature name] is not on your plan yet": you are on a plan and this particular feature sits on a different one. Contact your account team to switch it on.

Every plan includes analytics, orders and products, connections, and compliant pages and routes. If you are on a plan and one of those still says it is not included, contact support: that is a fault on our side, not a plan boundary.

Managed billing

Some accounts are billed directly by the Zappush team. If yours is, the card shows a Managed badge and a note that your billing is handled by us. There are no self-service payment or cancel buttons in this mode. Contact us for any plan changes.

If you see No active subscription, billing has not been set up for this store. Contact support to activate it.
