Profile
Edit your name and set how dates and times appear across Zappush, including the date layout and 12-hour or 24-hour clock.
Your profile is about you, not a single store. It lives at the organization level, so it follows you across every store you can access. Open Settings → You → Profile to edit your name and choose how dates and times are shown.
Your name and email
In the Profile card:
- Edit the Name field.
- When you change it, an Unsaved changes marker appears. Click Save changes.
Your Email is shown but cannot be edited here. It is the address you sign in with.
Date and time format
The Date & time format card sets how Zappush shows dates and times to you. This is your personal preference and applies wherever you are signed in.
Date format
- Leave Use store default on to follow your store's setting.
- Turn it off to pick your own. The options are MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY, and YYYY-MM-DD. Each option shows a live preview so you can see how a date will look.
Time format
- Leave Use store default on to follow your store's setting.
- Turn it off to pick 12-hour (for example 2:30 PM) or 24-hour (for example 14:30). Each option shows a preview.
When you change anything, the card shows You have unsaved changes. Click Save to apply. Once saved, it reads All changes saved.
Choosing Use store default means your view follows whatever the store is set to. If the store's default changes later, your dates and times follow it automatically.
