Devices & sessions

See every device signed in to your Zappush account, review where each one is, and sign out any device or all of them at once.

This screen shows where you are signed in, so you can spot anything you do not recognize and sign it out. Open Settings → Workspace → Devices. It splits into your current device and every other place your account is active.

This device

The This device card, marked Current, is the device you are using right now. It shows the device name, browser and operating system, location, and that it is Active now. You cannot sign this one out from here; signing out of the app does that.

If Zappush cannot identify the current device, the card says so instead of showing a row. That is harmless and usually clears on your next sign-in.

Other devices

The Other devices card lists every other place your account is signed in. Each row shows:

  • The device, browser, and operating system.
  • The location and IP address, when known.
  • When it was Last active.

If this is the only device you have used, the card reads You're only signed in on this device and there is nothing to sign out.

Sign out a device

To sign out one device, click Revoke on its row, then click Revoke again to confirm, or Cancel to back out. The two-step confirm prevents accidental sign-outs. Once revoked, that device has to sign in again.

Sign out everywhere

To sign out every other device at once, click Sign out all, then Confirm when asked Sign out everywhere?. This does not affect the device you are on now.

See a device or location you do not recognize? Revoke it, then change your password. That signs out the unknown device and keeps it locked out.
