Products

Browse your Shopify catalog inside Zappush, synced automatically every day, with pricing, categories, status, and a sync health check at the top.

The Products screen mirrors your Shopify catalog inside Zappush, synced automatically every day. It is your reference for what Zappush knows about your products: their pricing, categories, variants, and whether they are active. Use it to confirm the catalog is current and to look up any product Zappush is tracking.

Products does not use a time range, since a catalog is a snapshot of what exists now rather than activity over a period.

Sync status

A card at the top reports the health of the daily sync.

  • Total variants is the number of product variants in your catalog.
  • Active is how many of those variants are currently active.
  • Last synced shows a status badge and when the catalog last synced. The badge reads Synced when current, Stale if the last sync was too long ago, Syncing while a sync runs, or Awaiting first sync before the first one completes.

Your catalog syncs from Shopify automatically every day, and new products usually appear within 24 hours. If the status is Stale, a Sync now button appears so you can refresh it on demand instead of waiting for the next daily run.

This screen reflects your Shopify catalog. If a synced product is missing or its price looks wrong, fix it in Shopify; the next sync brings the change across.

The product table

One row per product variant. Columns:

  • Image is the product's thumbnail.
  • Product is the product title, with the variant title beneath it when there is one.
  • Categories lists up to two category tags, with a "+N" count when there are more.
  • SKU is the variant's stock-keeping unit, or a dash if it has none.
  • Price is the variant's price.
  • Status is an Active or Inactive badge.

Finding a product

  • The category chips above the table filter it. Click All to clear the filter, or pick a category to narrow to it; each chip shows how many products it contains. Use the +N more control to reveal the rest of your categories.
  • The search box finds a product by name or SKU.

Click any row to open the full product detail.

Adding a product

Not everything you sell has to come from a sync. Click New product to add one by hand, whether it is something outside your synced catalog or you are not on a synced platform at all. Products you add this way show up in the same table as your synced products and stay put through every future sync.

Managing categories

Categories aren't limited to what syncs from Shopify either. Switch to the Categories tab to add your own, rename one you created, or remove one you no longer need. Categories you add this way work alongside synced ones: they appear as filter chips above the product table and stay in place through every future sync.
