Verify delivery

Confirm your conversions are actually reaching Meta, not just firing in the browser, using your Zappush analytics and Meta's Test Events tool.

This is the step most setups skip, and the one that matters most. A browser pixel can look fine while conversions quietly fail to reach Meta. Here is how to confirm yours are landing.

1. Confirm events are flowing in Zappush

  1. Generate some activity: load pages on your store, or run a real or test visit through your ad and compliant page.
  2. In the dashboard, open Overview or Events under Analytics.
  3. Within a few minutes you should see events appear: page views, product views, and, once someone buys, checkouts and purchases.

2. Confirm conversions reached Meta

Zappush sends key conversions to Meta server-side and tracks the result.

  • On Overview, the Meta events panel shows your server-side events and your delivery coverage: how many of your trackable conversions were sent to Meta.
  • In Connections → Destinations → Meta, the pixel shows as Active. Open it to see recent events under Test & activity, and which events are being sent under Forwarding.

3. Watch live with Test Events (optional)

If you added a Test Event Code when you connected Meta:

  1. Open Meta Events Manager → Test Events.
  2. Trigger an action on your store.
  3. You should see the event arrive within seconds, confirming the server-side connection end to end.

Troubleshooting

  • No events at all. The tracker may not be installed. Revisit Install the tracker and confirm the snippet is live.
  • Events show, but nothing reaches Meta. Recheck your Meta connection. The pixel should read Active, and the events you expect should be turned on under its Forwarding section.
  • Conversions reach Meta but match quality is low. Add more shopper signals like email and phone at checkout. See Event Match Quality.

You're set up

Your store is connected, the tracker is live, Meta is connected, and conversions are confirmed reaching Meta. From here, learn to read your numbers in the dashboard, or dig into how Zappush works.
